A spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate reported that a woman in her twenties stabbed her father with a sharp object in a camp in Zarqa Governorate on Sunday.

The incident occurred due to family disputes, which led to the father’s death, according to the statement provided to Roya.

The spokesperson noted that authorities promptly responded to the scene, arrested the woman, and transferred the case to the judiciary.

The body of the deceased was also transported to the forensic center for examination.
